We make everything in small batches by hand. Processing time happens first, then shipping time begins. Because these are body care products, all sales are final. If something arrives wrong, missing, or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
processing time
All orders are freshly made, packaged, and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
shipping time + tracking
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking is emailed when your label is created. Sometimes tracking updates after carrier pickup.
address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
drencht. is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
order changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
That includes changes to scents, quantities, products, or shipping address. Please review your cart carefully before submitting payment.
cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, we do not offer cancellations after an order is placed.
refunds + returns
All drencht. products are body care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
lost or stolen packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete.
drencht. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and checking with neighbors or your building office.
If you’d like, we can provide supporting order details for your claim.
damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item, missing item, or the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it.

Each case is evaluated individually. If approved, we’ll replace the item or correct the order.
pre-orders + launches
If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
Pre-order items and in-stock items may ship separately. Shipping windows may shift slightly due to supply chain timing, but we’ll keep you updated.
ingredients + sensitivities
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using premium oils, butters, and fragrance.
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
