How long does processing take?
All orders are freshly made, packaged, and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.
How long does shipping take after it ships?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Do you do returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
All products are body care items, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
What if my item is wrong, missing, or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Each case is evaluated individually.
Can I change my address or order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we can’t modify scents, quantities, shipping addresses, or products. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
